E-commerce compliance audit
Is your e-commerce shop up to code?
EU withdrawal button, GPSR, EAA accessibility, cookie consent: I check the four areas and hand you a document with what’s missing, in order of severity. Audit €90, deducted from the total if I do the fix.
This page is for the full job, not a single module: “I have a shop, tell me if I’m compliant and fix what isn’t.” The deadlines below are real and already passed: EU withdrawal button since 19 June 2026, GPSR since December 2024, EAA accessibility since June 2025. The urgency is honest, nothing here is invented.
One thing to be clear about: I handle the technical implementation, not legal advice. For legal opinions you need a lawyer or a compliance consultant, and if you need one I can point you to someone.
Does this sound familiar?
- You don’t know if the withdrawal button is set up correctlyThe directive has been in force since 19 June 2026, and “I think we have it” isn’t the same as being compliant.
- Your product pages are missing GPSR informationManufacturer, responsible person in the EU, safety warnings: required since December 2024, and easy to have missed.
- You’ve never checked accessibilityThe European Accessibility Act has applied since June 2025, and most shops have never had it looked at.
- The cookie banner looks improvisedA banner that doesn’t actually block trackers before consent, or Consent Mode v2 never configured.
What I do, exactly
- EU withdrawal button checkWhether the mandatory withdrawal button is present, correctly worded and reachable, as the directive requires.
- GPSR checkWhether product pages carry manufacturer, EU responsible person and required safety information.
- EAA accessibility checkA practical check against the accessibility requirements that apply to your shop, not a generic scanner report.
- Cookie and consent checkWhether the banner actually blocks non-essential cookies before consent, and whether Consent Mode v2 is configured for Google.
- A written, prioritized documentWhat’s missing, ranked by severity, with a price to fix each point.
How I work
- You request the audit. Through the form below. I reply within one business day to arrange access.
- I check the four areas. Withdrawal, GPSR, accessibility, cookie consent, on your actual shop, not a generic checklist.
- You get the document. What’s missing, in order of severity, with a price for each fix.
- You decide what to fix. If you have me do the work, the €90 audit fee is deducted from the total.
What it costs
